Downsizing? You May Save on Your Homeowners Insurance

Sally and John had been married for 40 years and had brought up 3 kids, 2 girls and one boy. They managed to put all of them through college and as their last-born daughter Julie finally graduated from college, their ever so large home looked very lonely. They often reminisced on the days when their children would play in the yard, get into fights and disturb their peace. Their oldest daughter Janet was married and was expecting her first child in a few weeks, their second born son James had moved to California with his girlfriend and found a very good job working in IT. Julie had made plans to move over to Texas to pursue her career in graphic design there, so Sally and John were left alone with a house filled with nothing but memories.
