New Dental Plan with The Standard

The Staff at Blue Star Hospitality will be offered a NEW dental plan starting 2/1/26. Those who are already enrolled in dental benefits will be switched to the new plan. Click the Provider List button to see if your current dental provider is in-network, or search for a new provider.

  • $2000 Per Person Allowance Per Year.
  • Preventive Coverage: 100% in-network
  • Basic Coverage: 80% in-network
  • Major Coverage: 50% in-network
  • $50 deductible (lifetime) in-network
  • Coverage for out-of-network providers

     Rates:
  • Employee: $12.96 per paycheck
  • Employee + Spouse: $26.50 per paycheck
  • Employee + Kids: $37.40 per paycheck
  • Employee + Family: $50.94 per paycheck

Critical Illness (New Offer from Principal Insurance)

​Provides a lump-sum cash benefit paid upon diagnosis of a covered illness - such as Heart Attack, Cancer, Stroke, MS, Coma, etc. $30,000 of coverage available without health questions.
 Sample Rates per 2 weeks: Age 32 - $6.70 | Age 42 - $10.40 | Age 47 - $14.57 | Age 52- $20.66
