Your initial payment is required, and there are three easy ways for you to complete this task.

Visit www.bcbsnc.com/pay. Your last name, DOB, ZIP code, and the last 4 digits of your SSN are required.
Payment may be made by one-time credit or debit card, or by bank draft. Paying online is the only way to set up a recurring bank draft.
BY PHONE:
The direct telephone number for BCBS’s new automated pay-by-phone solution is 1-888-802-2386.
You will be asked to enter your SSN, DOB, and ZIP code.
Available payment options include:
• A one-time personal checking or savings account payment. (Routing and account numbers required.)
• MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards (credit or debit)
BY MAIL:
If payment is not received by BCBS online or by phone, a payment invoice will be issued to your home address, whereby payment must be made by paper check, money order, or cashier’s check.
