These plans would be " direct pay " by the employee. No payroll deduction by the restaurant itself required. The premiums for this insurance are the same as if payroll deduction. We can offer this option if 10 or more employees of the restaurant where they are employed chose to take a plan. Individual payment by employees is available via bank draft, quarterly, semi-annual or annual pay. Coverage is available on employee spouse and children. All plans are portable at the same rate if the employee leaves employment. |

Prior to the last 16 years as an insurance broker, Dave Trout was a 25 year veteran of the restaurant and hotel business. Starting his career in Tampa, Fl, Dave trained as a classical European chef working Andre Touboul, now at the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Dave has worked in mid size restaurants in Florida and Georgia; Executive chef at Saddlebrook Resort, Hilton, Sheraton and resort hotels. A restaurant owner himself for a time, locally Dave worked with Biltmore Farms at the old Criterion Grill, The Savoy and with Fine Friends which evolved into M7 Events. Dave worked with forefather of AIR -- the Culinary Showcase, co chairing the event for it's last four years. He has lived your life for years and understands the needs and values of folks in hospitality.
