You will need your Member # which will be on your UHC Insurance Card or your Social Security #. If you have a problem registering, please call 800-657-8205 or 877-844-4999

When is my insurance due?
If you have not paid your initial premium, (your first payment) it is due NOW. Your insurance is not active until your premium is paid, and if you wait until after January 30th, you will lose your government subsidy! Pick up the phone and call them at call UHC at 800-708-2848 – your monthly payment is due on the 1st of the month. We highly recommend setting up Auto-Pay.
What if I have to cancel my coverage?
A Trout Insurance Agent cannot do this for you. This must be done by the client. Please call 800-708-2848.
