When our insurance premium took a rather significant jump, I called Dave and he went to work to find out the reason. He discovered that we were wrongly listed regarding proximity to the Fire Department…he measured it and submitted the accurate reading to the company and got our premium restored to a much more reasonable figure. He was friendly, efficient and fast in helping to settle this. He has proven since then to be consistently ready to intercede when it’s necessary and we appreciate him more than we can say.
