We will be sending you brief reminders and updates, “E-bulletins,” about your coverage and insurance benefits. And with your new Marketplace subsidy, we will be updating you about this as well.
 
A Couple of Items to Remember at the Present:
 
1.) Always give your insurance card to your medical providers and pharmacies. All covered medical expenses add up for your new Out-of-Pocket Limit.
 
2.) Be sure your doctors are in-network with Blue Cross to attain the best value your plan provides.
 
3.) Preventative care is covered at 100% (More about this later).
 
4.) And be sure to go to www.BCBSNC.com and set up your online account.
