Step 1
Update your Marketplace Application
 
When you enrolled for coverage via Healthcare.gov, you had the option to "Allow the Marketplace to Review Your Tax Return".  If you checked that box, the Marketplace will automatically renew your premium tax credit based on your 2014 tax return.  However, if your income or family status has changed - you need to update your Marketplace application.
